Two Egg Breakfast

The best thing about this breakfast — I didn’t make any part of it.

Glenn and I call these “Fisher Price Eggs” because they look so perfect that they could be plastic toy food. They are served with bacon, toast, and my sister’s roasted potatoes — diced Yukon gold potatoes tossed with olive oil and whatever seasoning you see fit (Amy uses McCormick’s Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning).
