Yay! I went to check your blog for some appetizer recipes the other day and couldn't because you hadn't paid for your domain renewal! So I am glad to see you back up AND posting something new. Maybe I should just sign myself up for a magazine subscription. :) Oh and I wanted to tell you that your stuffing recipe I brought to Thanksgiving was such a hit that my friend's 3 year old requested it for Christmas dinner and her birthday dinner, ha!

I made this recently for friends I'm staying with in Alaska, and it was a huge hit--even with the anti-too-many-vegetables guy-friend. Plus, now I know that Pioneer Woman's website is awesome, so I'll be checking her out on a regular basis. We had enough baked pasta for dinner and for leftovers for the next two days, and the leftovers were just as delicious as the first night we ate the dish. Thanks!
