So this picture makes the food look a little devilish, but that’s okay because Halloween is just around the corner. Seriously though, this was easy, light, filling, and delicious. I’ve been roasting red peppers for some time, but this vinaigrette takes it up a notch. The recipe is from Gourmet.

Smitten Kitchen made my meatballs! Well, she made Gourmet’s meatballs, but still. And, what do you know, her pictures look much more appetizing.
